How do we work?
Most of our clients are busy people. They know what they want (the best) but don´t want to spend a lot of time to get there.
Modern Villas only designs high-end, modern villas, with a distinctive modernist minimalist style, focusing on an extremely enjoyable experience. So we “get” what you want with just a few words – and go to work.
Spend 30 minutes to brief us, and the next step will be a detailed interactive 3D walk-through model – in a matter of weeks.
We´ll virtually walk through the home together, so you can see and feel exactly what the house will look like – and take on board any comment you may have.
If you like, we take care of everything. Design, engineering, interiors, builder supervision, landscaping – even sourcing of materials. But it´s pretty much à la carte.
